Hotel Information Updates

There have been a few questions arise as people have begun to make their hotel reservations.  The following is provided to help clarify information about the hotel.

Credit Card Guarantee:

When making hotel reservations you will be told your credit card will be charged one night's rate - this is standard hotel policy.  However, we have been assured by the local hotel staff that the credit card is only being used to guarantee your room.  Charges will occur only if you cancel after the 5 days prior to the conference or do not have a method of payment at check-in.

Hotel Room Rates:

$129/night Single
$129/night Double (2 individuals to a room)
$149/night Triple (3 individuals to a room)
$169/night Quad (4 individuals to a room)

Resort Fee:

A $5.00 resort fee will be charged on top of the room rate listed that includes the following.  This fee will be posted to individual room accounts.

• In room (Guestrooms only) high speed internet access (wired and wireless)
• Local calls up to 30 minutes (calls in excess of 30 minutes are billed at $.10 a minute.)  Long distance calls (within the Continental 48 states only) up to the first 30 minutes.  (additional minutes $.10 a minute.)
• Two bottles of "bottled" water delivered to the guestroom daily
• In room coffee and tea service
• Access to the Fitness Center and Spa including unlimited use of Fitness Center equipment, lockers, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and shower facilities during operating hours.  Does not include spa services or treatments.
• New York Times daily newspaper available (Monday-Friday)
• Pool concierge service offering use of compact disc players, radios, reading materials, fresh fruit and pool towels
• Unlimited use of recreational facilities and equipment including tennis court, tennis racquets, basketballs and volleyballs
